With the Family Tourism Destination (FTD) [DTF in Catalan] seal, the Catalan Tourist Board of the Catalan Government distinguishes municipalities that are especially sensitive to this segment of tourism demand and offer facilities and services tailored to the needs of families with children.
These municipalities have a range of certified establishments including accommodations, restaurants, and leisure and entertainment aimed at children, which taken as a whole and once verified by technicians of the Catalan Tourist Board are recognized by this entity with the granting of the FTD seal.
